MECHANICAL
Volvo Penta MD7A twin cylinder 13.5hp inboard diesel engine. Rebuilt engine installed in 2022, fuel tank removed, cleaned and re-fitted 2022. Remote throttle controls. Shaft drive to fixed propeller.
ELECTRICAL
Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries (both recent).
NAVIGATION
Sestrel compass, ST2000 tiller pilot, folding aluminium radar reflector, clock and barometer, navigation lights.
SAFETY
Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, wooden bungs, manual bilge pump.
DECK GEAR
Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, teak slatted cockpit grating, stainless steel boarding ladder on transom. tiller steering, 2 x Barlow 24 sheet winches, 2 x Barlow 20 secondary winches, 2 x Barlow 16 halyard winches, 1 x Barlow 15 halyard winch, plough main anchor with chain, anchor locker, mooring warps and fenders.

Slab reefing mainsail . Furlex 200S genoa roller reefing system (2000). Furling No 1 Genoa (Parker & Kay 2000 - laundered 2022). Alloy mast and boom, stainless steel standing rigging. New running rigging 2022.
DOMESTIC
Her galley has a Flavel B700C gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, coolbox, water supply to sink from 100l freshwater tank. Her separate heads compartment has a Brydon marine toilet. Beige fabric upholstery with carpets.
ACCOMMODATION:
6 berths in 2 cabins with around 5'10" headroom.

REMARKS
"Yardarm" has only had 3 owners from new. Her first owner had her for over 30 years and kept her wonderfully original, her topsides still shine brightly and she is refreshingly uncluttered. Her last owner fitted a replacement re-built engine, had the fuel tank out, laundered the sails and fitted new running rigging, her present owner has just not had the time to use her - she's ready to go!
