Meet Lily, a stunning 70ft traditional narrowboat that blends classic charm with contemporary living.
Lily is a masterpiece on water, offering the allure of a boatman’s cabin and engine room, paired with modern comforts and conveniences.
At the heart of Lily’s journey, an Ailsa Craig RM4 engine provides propulsion, ensuring smooth sailing. Comfort on board is paramount, with hot water supplied by a combination of a Calorifier and a Heritage Stove, which also powers the central heating along with a solid fuel stove, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout the seasons.
Lily’s electrical setup features a 12v system, 240v, a Victron Quattro 3kw Inverter, a Beta 9kva Generator, and solar panels managed by an MPPT Controller, ensuring energy efficiency and independence wherever your journey takes you.
Step into the galley, with a Heritage Range Cooker (Oil Fired), complemented by a Shoreline fridge and an LG Washing Machine. Accommodating up to 6 guests, Lily offers a fixed double bed nestled below the bow, an L-shaped dinette that transforms into a double bed, and a unique pull-down bed in the boatman’s cabin, ensuring everyone onboard enjoys a restful sleep.
The bathroom houses a Sani Marin toilet, a shower, and a vanity basin.
With a Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until 2026, a hull blacked in 2021, and an engine serviced in 2022, Lily is more than just a boat; she’s a ready-to-live-aboard dream, promising endless adventures and peaceful retreats on the water. A truly remarkable vessel for those who envision a life of exploration and tranquility on the canals and rivers.

BUYERS & SELLERS
When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.
This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.
We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
