The current operation is on the picturesque lower reaches of the Waikato operating from its purpose-built Landing base including mooring system, landing pontoon with gangway and utility connection hoses. This location is just 9km from Pokeno & Southern motorway. The lower section of the river offers 39km of the seldom seen and most spectacular scenery, with its ancient towering cliffs, historic battle sites, abundant birdlife, magnificent water-skiing areas, native bush, seclusion and available onshore facilities and activities. The river has been fully charted with maps uploaded to the vessel’s GPS for safe navigation. The vessel is also accessible via seaplane.
Since launching there has been a minimal amount of use and it presents in immaculate condition.
The current owners have enjoyed the vessel for private use and charter but have not maximised the business potential on offer. Accordingly, now focusing on other interests the decision has been made to sell and allow energetic new owners to take her to the next level. The sale is of the company and its assets including the vessel and all equipment, mooring facilities, landing and resource consents plus social media and marketing assets.
There is also opportunity for relocation to operate on the Auckland Harbour. Or alternatively to use the vessel a 4-bedroom floating apartment, two storey holiday home or use as an exclusive city Office. The vendors would consider assistance with finance plus retaining and renting the landing/mooring facilities.
Owners are seeking expressions of interest to purchase.
