Lucy is a 62' cruiser stern narrowboat, built in 2023 and presently being used as a hireboat in the Midlands area.

Lucy is 8 berth. There is a sofa bed in the saloon area, further down the boat is a bunk room with 2 bunks either side of the boat and a bedroom at the bow with a fixed double.

This is a reverse layout with the Galley at the stern, followed by the Saloon area.

Next is the first of the 2 fully equipped Bathrooms followed by the bunk room.

The second Bathroom is next which acts as an en suite to the forward Bedroom with its fixed double.

This boat will be blacked and fully serviced prior to handover.

The owners are able to make alterations, such as re-purposing a room or perhaps fitting a multi fuel stove.
