Alice was built in 2017, and is 62' long with a cruiser/Euro cruiser style stern.

The accommodation would be ideal for a large family or could be altered to provide office space for anyone looking to work and livaboard. The interior is bright and modern.

The owners would be open top make alterations, such as installing a multi fuel stove or removing bedrooms to create a different use of space.

This boat will be available at the end of the season, viewing can be arranged with the owners.
